Increase the performance, reliability and fuel economy of your 2015 VW Jetta/Passat TDI by eliminating the restrictive Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF), Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) system, Adblue Injection system and factory catalytic converters, thus allowing the exhaust to flow more freely.

This 100% Bolt-On package includes all the hardware you will need for a complete DPF, EGR & Adblue delete. This ECO Kit (Economy Package) is designed to eliminate the Diesel Particulate Filter, Exhaust Gas Recirculation system as well as the factory catalytic converters and Adblue injection system while utilizing the stock muffler and tail pipe. With this setup you should expect that the exhaust will be just slightly louder than stock but not by much since the stock muffler remains in place. If you are looking for stock like silence, we highly recommend one of the Resonator options.

The DPF Delete downpipe is built to last with 304 grade stainless steel and the world's most reliable aftermarket flex pipe. Rawtek has engineered this downpipe to be as good as it can be. With a smooth flare from the turbo outlet to the large 2-3/4" ID constant diameter tubing, nothing will outflow this downpipe. There is even a centering sleeve on the inlet which helps locate the downpipe on the turbo as well as maximize exhaust flow and prevent leaks.

Increase the performance, reliability and fuel economy of your 2015 VW Passat TDI by eliminating the restrictive Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF), Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) system, Adblue system, catalytic converters and factory muffler, thus allowing the exhaust to flow more freely.

With this setup you should expect a much more aggressive exhaust sound. We highly recommend one of the resonator options when running this turbo back exhaust. The resonator will give a nice deep exhaust note and eliminate highway exhaust drone. A non resonated exhaust will sound much louder and will drone at around 2000 rpm on the highway. Our Cortek resonators are 100% free flow so there is zero power or fuel economy loss.

The DPF Delete downpipe is built to last with 304 grade stainless steel and the world's most reliable aftermarket flex pipe. Rest assured that all your original sensors will be plugged back in where they belong in the new downpipe. Rawtek has engineered this downpipe to be as good as it can be. The last piece needed to complete the Rawtek turbo-back exhaust system for your 2012-2015 VW Passat TDI. This is designed to bolt up to the Rawtek Downpipe & Midpipe. It will not bolt up to your stock exhaust!

Due to circumstances outside our control, Bench Flash of ECM and Flashzilla tunes are delayed beyond our normal shipment timelines.

The FlashZilla v3 is a handheld programmer that connects to your vehicles OBDII port and allows you to tune your ECM without removing it from the vehicle. The FlashZilla v3 allows you to upgrade, downgrade or reset your ECM to stock as you wish. Though this tuning method adds a bit of cost, it saves you the hassle and down time associated with removing and shipping out your ECM.

Here's how it works: First we ship you the FlashZilla v3 programmer, you plug it into your cars OBDII port, download your stock ECU ID file, we will then send you the new tuned file for you to upload to your car.

** The FlashZilla v3 program is Windows only however, there is a tutorial on how to run it on a Mac here **

We have sourced the most reliable flex-pipe on the market, have designed a flared tip with centering ring to fit directly to the turbo flange and painstakingly fabricated the toughest, highest quality downpipe on the market.

Following this creed, we have recently sourced a new diesel catalytic converter that does an even better job of eliminating that heavy diesel odour, while still maintaining a low restriction, high flow design that will not hamper performance.

        Our Cortek resonators are the best in the business. A straight through design, there is no restriction on your exhaust flow so performance doesn't suffer. Neither do your eardrums, because the unbearable drone of a straight pipe diesel exhaust is easily controlled with this option.
